At Aitkenvale, we aim to acknowledge student behaviour in a tiered approach, with each tier building on the previous. Tier 1 refers to the immediate acknowledgement of students’ behaviour, where Tier 2 requires time and students waiting longer for a reward based on the number of PB tickets they have earned over a term. This system includes:
• PBL ‘Silver Day’ where the PB Tickets earnt by students become payment for different activities.
